Stress Management Training for Managers
Duration: 1 day
Delegates: Min 2 – Max 12.
Objectives: To train delegates in using Cognitive Behavioural Techniques to bolster their personal resilience and function more effectively under pressure.
Practical: Delegates will be given the opportunity to participate in discussion and application of the techniques during the course.
Follow-up: Follow up tools will be available to delegates to ensure that training is transferrable to their workplace and to maximise the value of their learning.
