To support some of our customers, COPE provides confidential occupational health and HR support via email on all sorts of matters such as: work related ill-health questions, practical advice on legislation, performance/incentive schemes, pandemic business continuity planning and general public health matters

The online service is email-based and operates a "ticket" system where we respond to every query within 24 hours.
