Your trainers will be coached by a COPE Ergonomist to develop and deliver a tailored
training presentation using the Back in Shape® materials. It also acts as a refresher
course on legislative updates and best practice.
- The latest principles & techniques for safe manual handling
- Support of your trainer(s) in producing a tailored presentation that is visually
impressive and realistic in addressing the organisation’s manual handling risks
- Practical advice on solutions to a few of the organisation’s manual handling risks
and how to use them as worked examples during training
- Evaluation and coaching of trainer/s to ensure best delivery of the Support Pack
