We set competitive KPIs with each customer
contract to ensure work is carried out efficiently and professionally. For pre-employment
questionnaires, for example:
- Paper Screen response to satisfactorily completed questionnaire: within 48 hours
- Face to Face or base line health assessment carried out: within 5 working days of receipt
of request, assuming employee is available
- PEQ report delivered: within 2 working days
Added Value Reports
Our reports are clear, well laid out and include value added information whenever appropriate.
We provide as much feedback as possible, not just to "minimum requirement". In addition, our
unique case management and analysis system, COHAD,
provides data in graphs and chart, ideal for presentations and report writing.
Peace of Mind
Regardless of contract type; ad hoc or on-site, COPE advises all its customers on legislation,
assuring them of legal best practice.
COPE will carry out any assessments required as part of a customer’s "duty of care" to its
employee's and stakeholders under the various legislation, for example:
- Health and Saftey at Work etc Act 1974
- Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999
- UK and European Health & Safety Legislation, which include:
- The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH)
- The Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005
- The Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005
