Objectives To teach delegates about the nature of stress, sources of stress, and how to identify symptoms of stress, how to assess the risks of work-related stress, and to develop control measures aimed at reducing the risks.
Practical Stress Audit demonstrated during course and one assessment (with supporting documentation & recommendations) to be completed after course.
Follow-up One assessment submitted following course to be assessed by COPE.
