The International Standardisation Organisation (ISO)
develops internationally-recognised standards for business management
ISO 9001 is the standard primarily set for quality management, which ensures that businesses are operating
to the same standards of meeting customer requirements.
So, how does ISO 9001 benefit our customers?
For COPE to remain accredited with this standard of quality management, we must fulfil:
- our customer's quality requirements, and
- applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to
- enhance customer satisfaction, and
- achieve continual improvement of our performance in pursuit of these objectives
COPE’s quality management system refers to our structure for managing and continuously improving our
processes - or activities - that transform resource inputs into our services, which meet our own and our
customers objectives
